What’s the point doing this experiment if you’re not going to publish your findings? All so you can tell me the “best overall” is the $1000 toilet bowl? Everyone else that has asked for the spreadsheet has been conveniently ignored so it’s hard to take any of your findings seriously.

S8 dual rollers is crap. Cant even on max mode pick up moist sand particles. Our dog turns the floors into a sandpaper within 2 days.

I have what I'd consider a decent hair dryer and have used it for like 10 years at least. It probably cost around 50 bucks. I recently used the Dyson v1 at a friend's place and I noticed how little air flow and temperature it had. It took me so long to dry my hair - which is short, btw. I dunno if I'm the target market for a $200-300 dryer. I mean, if I get another 10+ years out of it I don't think the price is terrible but if all it does is dry hair and I'm not a professional why would I buy something like that?

We are Indian and use turmeric on daily basis. So which liquid should I use for carpet for Turmeric. If you know it’s stain in pretty stubborn. I clean my local dojo for karate, there is some areas where this would be amazing but there is also places where there are training mats. I know the carpet would stop this unit from working but what about wrestling mats?

Never buy this iRobot products. It is made by a scam company. I bought brand new from an eBay seller. It is still under warranty and it broke down. The support person told me because I didn't purchase it from an authorized seller. So there is no warranty. They told me I have to pay for the repair even though it is still under warranty. Avoid this scam company.

I’m looking for a recommendation on a cordless vacuum for someone in a wheelchair with limited hand function. I need a vacuum that turns on and stays on, because I can’t keep constant pressure on buttons. I’m looking to vacuum thing like crumbs from my bed and the floor.

I think this test is flawed in so many ways by focusing on air flow and temperature - treating it like a vacuum. I am a guy with head full of air and even I know air flow patterns is much more important than the flow rate. The objective is not to blow your hair all over the places... the objective is to gently dry and using heat or alternating hot/cold air to style the hair. For one, missing Panasonic in this line up is unimaginable. Dyson Hair Dryer brand can only exist in markets like the US, where everything is dominated by craps from Conair and Revlon. I travel to Asia for work often and it opened my eyes to great hair dryers. Panasonic makes a ton of awesome hair dryers that are very very quiet and fantastic for your hair.

Right out of the box, our Dyson Gen5Absolute had a significant rattle coming from the carpet cleaning head. Customer service conceded that the part is out of stock with no date for when it will be available (this is a HUGE problem with Dyson), so the unit had to be replaced. Dyson offered to ship us an exchange as soon as UPS received the defective unit. We recorded this conversation. Nevertheless, the next day, after we delivered the defective unit to UPS, customer service informed us that this was untrue. Dyson would not do an immediate exchange, but would ship a new unit only after it received and processed the unit, which would take up to 3 weeks (while Dyson sat on our money and the warranty triggered by our initial purchase continued to run.) In short, Dyson lied. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was assured that supervisor would call me back. No call. Dyson lied again. Even before we bought the unit, we got a bad taste of Dyson’s honesty. Customer service assured us that Dyson would price-match QVC’s sale price. This, too, proved to be untrue. Yet another lie. The vacuum may be great, but beware of Dyson. False assurances and unavailable replacement parts are a REAL problem.

Thank you! You’re the only one who showed me how to unlatch the handle hose from the base! I knew it had to do with that red latch but I must’ve not pulled it towards me enough to get it to unlatch. 👍🏼

I have been a fan for years now and I enjoy this new adventure of yours with hair dryers!! During the video, I noticed you were raking through the hair with the diffuser attachment. This attachment is specifically designed to keep curls and waves intact. You would want to use the inserted clip at 5:25 as your guide for accurate testing with a diffuser. The mannequin you used had Type 1A hair, which is very straight, fine, and thin. Type 1 hair generally requires less effort compared to other hair types. To better assist your viewers, consider using mannequins with different hair types or thicker hair, as there are four main hair types, each with subtypes A, B, and C. Many people with Types 2 to 4 have a mixture of textures. Using a Type 3 (curly) mannequin would provide a more comprehensive test and show how the blow dryers perform on various textures and densities. It should be fairly easy to find a Type 3 mannequin for your tests. It's important to note that we don't want a blow dryer that gets too hot, as excessive heat can cause damage. While hotter isn’t always better, Dyson has been working on technology to minimize heat damage, making their dryers less prone to it. I would love to see a review of the Airwrap and Flex. Please note, though, that the purpose of these tools is to achieve a flawless blowout rather than just drying hair. They are more of a styling tool compared to a basic blow dryer. Additionally, there is a learning curve to using the curl barrels effectively. Keep up the great work! 😊
